The new 2.00-30 Beta OS release

We are announcing that our first Red Pitaya 2.00-30 Beta OS release in 2024 is out!

The latest version is compatible with all Red Pitaya models and boasts of numerous features that are sure to enhance your user experience.

What is new?

Highlights:   

  • Jupyter Lab is now supported on all Red Pitaya products using common Python API
  • acquisition into DDR is now also supported for all Red Pitaya models 
  • support for X-channel streaming has been added for STEMlab 125-14 4 Input 

General:

  • Added possibility to convert from new calibration to old calibration using caliber tool.
  • External connector descriptions can be opened from the WEB interface 

APIs & SCPI:

  • Added missing trigger states in SCPI for 4ch. 
  • Support for the CAN interface  
  • SCPI server refactoring 
  • SCPI server error handling improvement 
  • New SCPI commands added like time, date 
  • SCPI now supports more decimations 
  • Added internal trigger debouncer in API 

WEB apps: 

  • A new ARB manager app was implemented for importing custom waveforms for signal generator 
  • Interpolation added to Oscilloscope and signal generator app 
  • Improved data export for Oscilloscope and signal generator app 
  • improved decimation for the Oscilloscope and signal generator app 
  • Improved calibration application 
  • Bode WEB app improvement 
  • Added DVB and dBuV in the Spectrum analyzer app 
  • Fixed an issue with limiting the number of samples recorded in BIN format for streaming 
  • Fix BIN/CSV mode in the streaming manager 
  • Fixed a bug where the buffers were not written to the file after stopping streaming 

 *Notice that full SD card installation is required and it is recommended to clear browser cache after installation.
